Paid Channel Manager (f/m/d)
What Makes You Special
4+ Years' Experience. You have a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns and budget optimization, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Paid Acquisition Expertise. You’ve developed and executed paid strategies across multiple channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn, delivering results that drive growth.
Budget Management. You’re skilled in managing advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
Data-Driven. You rely on strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, make data-driven improvements, and are familiar with SaaS KPIs and metrics.
Agency Management. You’ve managed relationships with external partners to set goals and optimize account performance.
Testing & Optimization. You’ve conducted A/B testing and optimized campaigns to improve conversion rates, subscriptions and lead generation.
Stakeholder Collaboration. You can effectively communicate with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and revenue operations to align goals and strategies.
Tech-Savvy. You’re proficient in using tools like Looker and HubSpot to track performance and optimize paid efforts.
Creativity & Adaptability. You bring an innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team Player. Your collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic, has a positive impact on the team.
Language Proficiency. You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling you to craft impactful campaigns and confidently edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity and consistency.
